Unpretentiously delicious dishes make up the menu, like the seasonal French toast, which starts with a base of sweet, spiced and fried sourdough, topped with stewed fruits and all the sugary stuff. Breakfast mince and beans isn’t the most beautiful dish at the best of times, but Gramps challenges that with the addition of a sweet capsicum chilli jam and fresh Asian slaw. On the run?
